A marketing site for an Oregon-based insurance brokerage. Six product lines, 180+ carriers, a clean conversion path on every page.

Context

Jeffrey Benson Insurance is an Oregon brokerage helping clients navigate health, dental, vision, Medicare, life, and supplemental coverage across 180+ carriers. The site had to function as a credibility statement (18+ years in business, 2,000+ clients served, 20+ US states) and as a lead-generation surface for six distinct product lines.

Challenge

Six service categories on a single site is a structural problem before it’s a design problem. Each line (Health, Dental, Vision, Medicare, Life, Supplemental) has a different buyer with different questions. The site had to make all six discoverable without burying any of them, and route each visitor to a clear next step.

Approach

Same lean static-first stack as the other recent builds. Each service line gets its own page with tailored copy and a consistent contact path. Dark mode is supported throughout. Trust signals, such as years in business, clients served, and carriers, surface in the hero so the brand authority lands before the visitor scrolls. Accessibility and speed were prioritized given the older demographic Jeffrey serves heavily.

Reflection

“A multi-service marketing site lives or dies on its information architecture. The visual design is downstream of clear thinking about how each visitor finds their path.”
